Summer Performance Training
Summer Training | Starting June 1st- August 1st
One hour performance session would consist of complex warm-up, motor skills, S&C, Core work, Mobility, cool-down and more!
8-12 year olds
- Wednesdays at 11:30am
- Once Per Week
- $19.99 per class or $175 (Summer)
13-18 year olds
- Tuesday and Thursdays at 11:30am
- Twice Per Week
- $19.99 per class or $350 (Summer)

- Members Free.

Rookie Wrestling Practice | Starting June 1st- August 1st
- Join us every Monday at 5pm.

Current USA Wrestling Membership Required
We host a Sate Team Scrap once per Month. These are intense 3 hour practices that are opened only to State Qualifiers, State Medalists and/or State Champions with a current USA Wrestling Card!
